You have made it to bottling day! The packaging is just as important as what is it in it.

BEER BOTTLES

Standard Beer Bottles

Beer bottles can come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We offer the 12oz, 16oz and 22oz beer bottles. These bottles all use the standard 26.5mm caps and come in brown.

EZ Cap (Fliptop) Bottles

Maybe you aren’t bottling beer. Maybe it’s a one off batch of cider or ginger beer? These bottles come in 500ml and 1 Liter. They are safe, pressure rated and don’t need caps or a capper. They come in brown and clear.

WINE BOTTLES

750mL Wine Bottles

When it comes to wines, meads and some still ciders the packaging can add that little extra to make the quality show. We offer dark green bottles to keep those red wines safe from light and clear bottles to showcase those bright white wines.

Specialty Bottles

Maybe you need to bottle some champagne or something with a little extra carbonation behind it. We have 187mL &750mL thick glass champagne bottles.

Do you need smaller wine bottles? We also offer 375mL wine bottles, which are perfect for packaging meads.

We are also do custom orders on bottles!

CAPS AND CORKS

Beer Caps

We offer standard 26.5mm caps for all our standard beer bottles. We also have 29mm for the larger Belgian beer bottles. We offer them in competition ready silver & gold crowns or you can custom order any color of the rainbow. All these caps have oxygen absorbing seals to ensure long term freshness!

Wine and Specialty Closures

There are a variety of different sizes of corks on the market. For most applications we recommend #9 Micro-Agglomerated corks. These corks have a long life span (36months) in the bottle with low cost.

Customers that are doing highly carbonated wines or beers, we do recommend a proper thick glass bottle, along with a cork and cage closure. These plastic stoppers keep your bubbly at its best and ensure safety while aging.

Add a small amount of flair to your bottles with shrink caps. These covers go over your cork and just need hot water or steam to get them to seal them up.

CAPPERS AND CORKERS

Beer Cappers

Beer cappers come in two flavors, a twin lever hand capper and single lever bench top capper. Whichever you prefer we have you covered. Most brewers will start out with a twin lever hand capper because storing and using it is a breeze.

If you are doing lots of bottling and can dedicate some space the bench top capper is the go to for ease.

Wine Corkers

Just like beer cappers wine corkers come in two styles. Twin lever hand corker and single lever floor corker. The average wine maker will have no issue using the twin lever corker for most of their packaging needs.

If you have ever packaged out more than 6 gallons of wine, you know you need a floor corker. The floor corker makes bottling a dream where you drop in a cork, place your bottle and give the lever a pull. All the hard work is done for you.
